Ok, so I accidently deleted my converstations, let me remind you it was conversations over the past two years. What do I do now? What else can I give for a bonafide marriage. I have my pictures of our wedding ceremony and pictures of us hanging out. I have phone call logs on skype, but it is ON MY PHONE. We have a joint bank account in his home country, a visa card from that bank so he could transfer me money easily. What to do? I'm worried I won't have much evidence.

Proof of visits is the best proof you can give. Either boarding passes or passport stamps to show trips to see each other.

The other person should also have a record of the conversation.

why is it not recommended to consider ultrasound images.

this is going to sound a little harsh, so i apologize in advance. It proves that you're pregnant. It doesnt mean the peitioner is the father etc... You can send it, but it's useless information about your relationship (like ring reciepts etc.. ) Sending quality evidence such as proof you've spent quanties of time together (photos especially with family, boarding passes, etc..); evidence that you spend regular time talking and communicating, and finally send along any financial co-mingling if possible or naming of each other as beneficiaries on documents. An ultrasound has no weight, rather like affidavits. I do wish you the best of luck and I am truly sorry if it sounds mean. I am not trying to omply anything, just trying to explain the view of an outside person who likely doesnt care about you, or me, or anyone on this board. I do hope you have a safe and wonderful pregnancy. :)

I also apologize for typos. Im on my phone this morning!

There's an option to download all Facebook conversation data and it will show everything from message to comments on each others wall. Have the other person do it if they haven't deleted. You can go into Skype setting and download chat log. Email it to yourself and print.

Include the ultrasound pics as well as flight info for time period where when kid was conceived as proof it's his. Not really convincing on it's own but it can't hurt and contributes to the legitimacy of the relationship. Pics are the best proof esp if they involve other family members.

Good Luck.
