How soon must Fiance depart after receiving K-1?

Hi Everyone! If all goes well my fiance should have her interview in June at the embassy in Japan.

However, she needs to stay in Japan until September to spend time with her sister who is currently having health issues.

Is this going to be an issue or raise any suspicions with Immigration after she receives her Visa? Her visa would probably be at about 3 months from expiring when she finally departs. But this shouldn't matter as it's expired as soon as she enters the USA anyway correct?

Thanks!

She can enter the US at anytime before the expiration date that will be on the visa. They are typically valid for 6 months from the time of the medical.
