Well I called the embassy earlier and got sent in circles on recordings. no options to speak to a live human. I'll keep trying.

OP she can re-apply with house papers,job letter, good bank balances

they know she is married to USC so maybe showing some strong ties

of her & yourself in TT may allow her a visa especially if there are her

parents that she takes care off etc...The CO must be convinced she

has no immigrant intent, if you have a job or biz that can be proven it

may show you are bot intending to live in TT for some time.

Thank you for your service.

It's not unfair to demand that you have the financial resources to bring a foreign citizen to live in the U.S. The rule is the same for everyone. It's not unfair to ask you to provide US taxpayers with some assurance (beyond lip service) that she will not be a burden to US taxpayers.

A U.S. citizen does not have an absolute right to bring a foreign citizen to live in the U.S., even if that person is a spouse or child. Upon meeting certain conditions, the foreign spouse or child is permitted to live in the U.S. You have not met those conditions.

The U.S. is not the reason your wife can not buy another house. It's the law in her country. US laws does not apply to her buying a house in her country.

Illegals do not get what you described. Please don't point to illegals getting things while U.S. citizens are treated like . It's simply not true.

Best of luck on everything. Immigration is not Burger King. You can't have it your way. Be patience and follow the rules and you will survive. The rules apply to all of us equally.
