Nope! Last time i called i was told a supervisor requested the case on May 22nd and whoever it was, still hasn't gotten the case yet for review. Almost 2 weeks for case request and the supervisor still hasn't gotten the case. Those people could care less about our lives. I will keep you posted

My case was put for supervisor review on May 18th as my ds-260 was not getting reviewed even after 30 days. I got the idea from this thread that i have the option to talk to a supervisor. Luckly when I called yesterday I was connected to a supervisor who told me he will send an email to the folks to review this week. This morning when i look, my case is complete!

Parallely i also reached out to my congress rep and made them follow up with their nvc contacts to push this case along as its taking forever to be approved. He send his request on Monday and NVC had 7 days to get back to the congress rep with an action. I guess both that and reaching the supervisor helped.

Today I called and asked to speak with a supervisor and he reviewed my ds-260 over the phone. My ds-260 was under supervisor review since May 15th, I submitted it on APRIL 29TH. He reviewed it and said Miss your case has been completed.

3 hour after I called NVC and asked if my case was completed and the rep said Yes ur case was completed Today. Just to make sure now I am haply and praying God everything goes well the day of my interview.

Good Luck everyone.

I just called NVC to ask why my supervisor review is taking so long. The lady said that for some reason my supervisor review, which was made on April 1, never got followed up on. So... she said she'll put the request in again and the process starts over. Lucky for me, huh? I asked if I could speak to a supervisor and I was told they're all in a meeting.

I know this thread is older but I called NVC last night at around 8pm and was told that all supervisors were in a meeting. Smh...
