For the one paged attachement of how you met could the American citizen fill out the I-129f form and the foreign finance complete the one paged attachment?

Would that cause any problems? I am unsure wether the American citizen would have to write out the statement as they are completing the form.

Thanks in advance

It is intended for the American who is petitioning to also be the one who explains your in person meeting within the last two years. It does not have to be a full page attachment. If the foreign fiancé wants to help the American compose something, that should be fine, but it is the American's statement because it is a question asked of him/her on the petition form.

Don't make it a romance novel either.

All they want is "I met xxx on xxx at xxx for xxxx days"

They just want to know where and when you met in person.
