I'm a little bit confused. Is no one concerned that the I-751 form on the USCIS website has an expiration date (written on the top right-hand corner of the form) of 4/30/15? Is there a new form available somewhere that I'm not seeing?

From what I have read online we are supposed to use that form until USCIS updates the website.

The expiration date is not for OUR use of the form but for their operations to make changes to it.

From the USCIS I-751 page exactly:

Edition Date

04/11/13. A new edition of this form is coming soon. In the meantime, customers may file using the 04/11/13 edition. No previous editions accepted.

So basically until they say (and they will) you can't use it, you can. :)
