We filed for my wife's I-751 3/18/15 and received her NOA on 3/30/15 now we have been waiting for a month to find out when her Biometrics appointment so she can go to her appointment prior to going to visit her family in China.

Today she found out that her mother was taken to the hospital with a heart problem and she is really anxious to get home what can be done so she can travel back to see her mother before we get an appointment?

From what I have been able to read she can go and reenter the USA with her current green card the NOA and her state drivers license and passport, is that information correct? also if she isn't here for her Bio appointment how long can we extend the reschedule for and does it create any problem with her coming home?

And advise will be greatly appreciated.

It has been a month and if she hasn't received biometrics letter, it might have gotten lost on the way. You need to call service number or visit here https://egov.uscis.gov/e-request/displayNDNForm.do?entryPoint=init&sroPageType=ndnto ask for biometric letter. If it gets lost, and you don't know to go to biometric appointment, her application is considered abandoned.

If she has received biometric letter, she can try to walk in now, they usually will accept to take her appointment earlier. Then she can travel right after. To reschedule biometric is not practical now, when everything is backlogged.

Good luck.

Thank you for the suggestions we will look into calling tonight since once we submitted the e form it told us to expect a reply by May 22 which is a long ways out there, and at this point we are becoming increasing more concerned about her mothers condition (86yr old) since yesterday she was moved to the ICU wing for her heart problems.

I also tried calling when I say the 5/22 date and of course even though my name is also on the form but when I called they gave me the old BS we'll have to have her there to give us permission to discuss this with you, so I will have to wait until I get home from work.

Any other advise - Help or similar experiences that can be shared would greatly be appreciated.

It is very likely that biometrics mail was lost. It is very hassle now because she is applicant, so only she can speak to them or she sits next to you when you talk to representative.

You need to push them to send biometrics letter, so she can walk in or reschedule it when you receive it (you wife is in China, of course.)

TIP: If she has to leave, you can use 3 line phone calls when you talk to a representative (you call your wife first then you add a call to USCIS.)

Hopefully, her Mom condition will get better. It is a bad time for everything.

If there is a chance that her conditional GC could expire before her reentry

and she doesn't have new GC in her hand...take a look at this.

Hope her mother can recover quickly.
