I just want help you, how we are waiting for coming movement, It asuming it´ll be 1 month per each VB published until January 2014´s applicants

Dec 02 2013: Priority Date

Feb 28 2014: NOA 2 Received.

Aug 14 2014 : No Visa available letter

hi nicalord - interesting spreadsheet. We have the same PD but I am STILL waiting for IIN to be assigned to my case! (you got your noa2 last year...I just got mine 2 weeks ago!!).

there are going to be a lot of people from oct/nov/dec 2013 who will not be case complete in time for the VB.

we just have to continue to hope for the best.

Hi, yes it is, but that depend where were yuo reviewed, I know in VSC take long time to approved, in some cases are transferred other service center, you should call to NVC office and aks about your case, maybe you already can acces pay AOS fee and IV also fill DS 260.
