Hi guys!

My visa was approved end of February and my visa expires august. My fiancé and I booked a one way ticket for me to go to the US for good on the 3rd week of June. Now my question is, are they gonna question me or take it against me as to why it took me a while to go to the US at POE? The reason why is that my fiancé was here from march to April and I have a big project for work in June so I can't just quit.

I came across a post wherein she was questioned at her POE. I don't get why they have to ask when it's before the visa expiration.

Please advise I am nervous!!

Btw my POE is Guam. Anyone who want to share their POE experience there?

I was approved last Feb, didn't arrive until May as had loose ends to tie up at home. No questions asked. They are aware that people can't just pack their bags and leave as if they are going on vacation, so don't worry unduly!

No worries. If they ask why at POE just be honest... it is not all that unusual for a delay. We didn't travel back to the USA until 2 months after issuance no one asked anything at POE

Don't worry, I was not questioned when I was at my POE almost 3 months before my visa expiration. As long as you bring the yellow packet and got married within 90 days then you would be okay :) The CBP officer only asked where will be my location and what's the full name of my fiance and that's it. :) Relax everything will be alright :)

Thank you so much guys! I'm now relieved!

Also can you guys recommend a courier service to send a box to Colorado?

I've already checked LBC, 2Go but their rates are per kilo and it's pricey!

I forsee no problems with your entry into the USA

I would think LBC would be cheaper than most. Try JohnnyAir.

Can you not just pack it in your suitcase and pay over if it exceeds weight limit

I've been calling the airline company and the lines been busy since yesterday. I remember when I was on my way back to Manila and my luggage exceeded a little more than a pound they said I have to pay $150++ for it. It's ridiculous for like less than 2 lbs excess. I didn't pay of course I just took out 2 hoodies and hand carried them.
