From the left, not a damned word about the abhorrent behavior from segments of the black community in Baltimore and other cities. Clearly they feel as if they even utter a single syllable to condemn those who bring violence upon others, they they will somehow have surrendered being a bleeding heart. It ain't so. What is so is that more and more folks from everywhere on earth have had enough of the entitlement society.

Back in the Los Angeles Riots in Koreantown, the Koreans formed a militia and used automatic weapons to save their business from being rioted. I believe they kille 4 looters and fired numerous bullets in the air to disperse the rioting crowds.

I will say though that a group of white persons near the stadium (and most likely drunk) did themselves no favours when they began spitting, throwing trash, and taunting what was an initial group of peaceful protestors (which were both black and white). After instigating the younger more rowdy ones enough it led to fist fights and the start of a huge brawl which spilled into other parts of the group. It's unknown if they were local instigators, but judging by the sports gear they had on, probably not. At that time the police did absolutely nothing to either group of persons, which is why it turned into utter chaos.

The mayor kept saying that there was a vast conspiracy of hoodlums from some unknown out of state area that came in to incite trouble among the protestor ranks. Frankly, not buying it. Of the 34 arrested, they were all pretty much local.

Also, I think the BPD already gives plenty of space to rape and murder - we don't call it Murderland for nothing.

In my opinion rioting/looting is the worst form of behavior that humans take part in. It is totally barbaric and it puts everyone in danger, most importantly, innocent hard working people of the community. There simply is no acceptable excuse for rioting imo and the punishment for it should be very severe. I don't care what the reasoning is behind the rioting/looting it should never be deemed as an acceptable avenue in a civlized society.

Not in a civilized society with a system in place to punish those who supposedly did wrong. This case is no different than Missouri or many of the other recent "uprisings" that we've seen. In these cases the justice system was never given the opportunity to work itself out. The rioting and looting happened first (not that there's ever an excuse for it). There were incidents of supposed wrongdoings followed by rioting and looting before there were any real facts known, any trial taken place or judgement handed down. This is not the way a civilized society operates and the people who are acting out are showing themselves to be no better if not worse than the people who committed the supposed wrongs they are rioting against.
