As I said, the problem seems neither one of us wants to reside in the USA. We just want to visit. I am American and I think (now I doubt it), I would have the right to bring my wife (the one who was approved for marriage by the US Consulate!) to the US for a visit?

Otherwise, by having the US approve my marriage outside the US (by a US Consulate) they are saying a married American can NOT bring his wife to the US for a visit unless he resides in the US and his wife stay out while he applies for her.through I-130!

It's like forcing people to lie to the US government so they could visit the US :)

Yea, the system kinda suxs

You have every right, your wife doesn't. Sadly that's the way it is.

Thanks ...

But my right is for her, which was approved to be the wife of a US Citizen, to have a right? :)

It's funny .... but life is!

No, she doesn't have a right. She may have privileges but not rights until she is either an LPR or USC

She can go to USA and get married and spend ninety days there and then go back to Philippines

yes but she can not come back to the usa . A k-I visa is a one time visa she will have to adjust status to go back and forth. If the op wanted her just to visit once I guess it is possible to do what you suggested ,but I understood The op wants to live in the Philippines and visit the USA with her from time to time meaning more then once

If they wanted to live in the usa. they could get married and do dcf , live here and she could travel with him anywhere
