Timeline

Put in for a service request yesterday after waiting 6 months, check uscis web tonight and it says a response was completed, is there somewhere online i can check the response or i have to wait for mail?

No i have not received a rfe i have not heard any thing from uscis i called on 4/21 for sevice request and was told they are working on 10/22,2014 thats the day they receive my file,it shows my service request was completed on the same day i ask for request. i guess i have to wait for mail to see what there response is.

Have you previously received notification by text or email? If I was in your position I would honestly call and ask to speak to a level 2 because you are beyond the time frame.

Have you considered doing a congressional inquiry? If you're in Florida, Marco Rubio's website has all the info and how to submit. They will have to respond to him w/i 48hrs with the status and if nothing is wrong they should push it through. http://www.rubio.senate.gov/public/index.cfm/casework

no email no text the only time got email and tex was when they transfered my stepson file from csc to nsc were his mom file is that was mar 22 talk to a tier 2 she told me they are working on my scan date now,and she said by the time i get a response back about my service. request i should have my approval back if every thing is ok with my file
