Please submit a passport-style color photograph for the petitioner and the beneficiary. Each photograph must be:

Taken within 30 days of the date of this petition;

On plain white background;

Glossy;

Unretouched;

Not mounted;

Full frontal facial image;

And about one inch from the bottom of the chin to the top of the hair.

Print the name and A-number (if any) on the back of each photo.

Intent to marry

Submit evidence from the benefiaciary, that he plans to marry you within 90 days of his admission to the United States.. Evidence of the beneficiarys intent may be a statement, wedding preparations or other evidence that clearly establishes his intent to marry.

Please help me with this because i already send the passport photos and they are asking me for then again. And what can i do to establishes my intent to marry.

That's the same as I got.

Just rewrite your intent to marry and have your photographs retaken. Make sure you tell them you need visa size not passport size just to be on the safe side

Good luck :)

You send exactly what they ask. On passport pic of you, one from the fiance. One Intent to marry letter from you, one from the fiance. Template from VJ is fine - I, and tons of other Vjers, have used it.

Ok thanks for answers? One last question to be secure.

It is good if i send the two letters because they just want evidence from the beneficiary?

Might as well send one from both just to be safe. There is no such thing as "too much info/documentation provided".

These samples work perfectly for the statements of intent >

(Date Here)

To Whom It May Concern,

I, (USC petitioner’s name), do hereby state that I am legally able and willing to marry (foreign fiance(e)’s name), and intend to so within 90 days of (his/her) entrance into the US by way of a K-1 visa.

I would send 4 in a sealed "baggie" attached to the statement of intent to marry within 90 days of P.O.E., into the USA, and signed in black or blue ink.

Sounds like they need one from each of you,..,., pics. and statements, and how your fiancee gets theirs to you is going to be hard. But, I would start now.

They have lost your pictures.,.,.,.,typical USCIS BS.,.,.,.

Good luck with the rfe, hope it does not slow you down too much.,.,.,.,..,
