Hi All,

I am quite worried at this point and am without answers. My NOA1 was in August 25th. 2014. Nothing has happened yet regarding NOA2 but I see a lot of folks, many from mid-September already moving on to a new stage.

Facts:

1) TSC

2) Wife to be in Colombia

3) K1 and K2 (she has a young child)

4) According to a customer contact associate, my case is in the hands of an officer already. This was almost 4 weeks ago.

Does anyone know what could be happening here? calling the call center is of no further help than looking up the status online. I am beginning to worry. Also, the system doesn't let me create a service inquiry yet saying it is within processing times.

Thank you in advance!

Juan Pablo and Isabel

Ask to speak to a Tier 2 person and put in a service request. Also contact your congress(wo)man's office and your two senators' offices and ask for help. A few people on VJ have found Senator Gillibrand's office to be helpful.
