What is the deal, every time I call I get the message "Because of the large volume of calls we are recieving all our our customer server representatives are busy helping other customers."

It doesn't even allow one wait on the line for the next available representative.

It's impossible to get through to anyone.

Trying to get our case number because it has been over 1 month.

keep trying over and over , it does that then one time you will actaully hear it RING

DONT HANG UP YOU GOT THROUGH!!!! but you have to try about 50 times

but you can get through and then they have you wait another 30-45 minutes

JUst keep trying until you hear it ring, if it goes to the message, hang up and redial so you dont hear the same thing over

IF IT RINGS YOU JUST GOT THROUGH

Try calling early in the morning when the office opens and don't give up, be persistent!

Wait until the automated message says "Thank you for calling National Visa Center" because the automated message changes AFTER that. It might go to the standard "Because of the large number of calls... bla bla bla" you can hang up then but if you hear "Listen carefully... bla bla bla" your call will go through so don't hang up!

After that you choose your menu points and wait for the music :)

Yesterday I had to continuously try, but after 10 minutes of the call-hang up-call-hang up game, I got through.

Good luck!

Just keep redialing, don't give up.

I've dialed 45 straight times before hearing a ring, and have waited well over 1 hr and 15 min to speak to a rep.

The waiting music hunts my brain after I hang up :dead: , but it has to be done in order to get any case updates.
