My wife and I had received our CR1 interview for May 8th from the NVC for US Embassy Manila. I went on the USEM website and scheduled her for an earlier appointment on April 13th. We went to the interview and was approved for the Us Visa with no hassle for scheduling an earlier appointment. Good Luck on your journey!

I didn't adjust the date on the USEM website. I just scheduled a new appointment that I was able to get almost one month earlier. I went to this address https://cgifederal.secure.force.com/applicanthome and created a username and password and completed the proper appointment schedule forms for the CR1 visa, printed out the appointment slip and went to the interview. Good Luck on your visa interview journey

I assume you did this after getting your interview appointment from NVC right?

Great idea by the way! I just checked and they have April 29th. I'm not ready yet, but I like the way you did it.
