Also just make sure you folder that is holding the AOS/IV documents have the Case number, petitioner name, beneficiary name, and the Visa class.

I-130 Sent : 2014-12-10

I-130 NOA1 : 2014-12-14

I-130 Approved : 2015-01-12

NVC Received : 2015-02-21

Received DS-261 / AOS Bill : 2015-02-23

Pay AOS Bill : 2015-03-02

Receive I-864 Package : 2015-04-14

Send AOS Package : 2015-04-15

Submit DS-261 : Completed (forgot date)

Receive IV Bill : 2015-03-09

Pay IV Bill : 2015-03-11

Send IV Package : 2015-04-15

Scanned Date NVC: 2015-04-16

The IRS I meant to say Tax Retrun transcript, are they needed too? Even with 1040A, W2 and Paystubs?

Tax return transcripts can be submitted in lieu of the 1040A forms and W2s.
