If your cosponsor backs out after the I134, who will you use for the I864?

Good luck

Do I need someone else for the I-864?

Unless you suddenly begin to meet the 125% of the poverty guidelines, you will need someone to step up and be a joint sponsor that is willing to sign the legally binding I-864. So if your current joint sponsor is freaking out about the I-134 will they sign the I-864? It is best to find someone who is willing to accept this responsibility all the way thru the I-864. Otherwise you will be waiting on filing the AOS until you either earn enough or find a willing joint sponsor. Mean while the beneficiary is stuck in limbo.

Yeah I was thinking to get a 2nd job and start earning enough and then after about 2 months at that job I think I should be good to file it?
