I am curious what the outcome was as I just got my police check and I checked 35, emplyment/visa outside australia, and dont really have time to get another one.....worried now :(

I ended up ordering a new one without fingerprints and it came within a week. I only showed them my second police check without fingerprints not the one where i checked 35, so I'm not quite sure what would happen if you took the 35 certificate..

You do not need fingerprints, just get full disclosure with all names listed, i had no problems doing this and same for my teens. You get Fingerprinted plenty of times between now and receiving GC.

Hi everyone, just wonder if some one can help with this Australian police check query.

I went to AFP website, under Services - Police/Criminal history checks, it only has service of National police checks, is this the correct one for K1 visa police check purpose?

if so, as i try to apply this check online, in step 2.3 purpose of check, it only has two choices, (1) Commonwealth Employment purpose (2) working in ACT. I can't find any other options. Am I looking at the right place? or I totally off the track. Can some one help me with this one?

I need to apply Australia police check for K1 visa purpose very soon, not sure what to do here.

thank you very much

No fingerprints. Just the regular check with Code 33 selected. There has not been a DVer this year who has had their fingerprints done and no-one has been tackled on that at interview. They are happy with a basic check so long as it is full disclosure and includes all aliases.

I got standard disclosure with code 35 because I have only one name in my all the documents is that ok, I don't have any other names.
