My fiancé's interview is so soon

Hi,

After a very, very long time of a k1 visa process, it is finally time to get ready for my fiancé's interview.

I have a few questions..

1. In my tradition, during engagement, both the man and woman are supposed to wear their band on the right hand during engagement then when they get married, they switch it to the left. I have read before people being denied because they thought that they were married. Even though they are not! That's our tradition. So should my fiancé not wear it during his interview?

2. Also, is it ok for me to be in the same country as him during his interview?

your second question. I heard some embassy does not allow the fiancée to attend the interview, but I have never heard of any one not being allow in a country because there fiancée is doing an interview for the K-1 visa

Your fiance does not have to wear a ring to the interview.

It makes not difference if you are in the same country or not.
