It keeps getting more stranger by the week.

One week you need it, next month you don't, now you need it and only 100% of Poverty Level

AMEN Brother!!

That's why you over prepare. It's sad that they require you to submit documents but then they either don't ask for them or they ask for something that is not on their list of "required documents". CFO, as you know, is notorious for this.

I got approved! Thank you guys :)

Congrats!!

Yes they did. But for k1 they only require 100% at least (I ask the officer about it and he confirmed that) It's the I-134 plus the w2 and tax record.

That is interesting, must be another change they made recently, in the past the embassy was very clear on requiring 125% for the K-1.

Thing is in a few months you will be required to meet the 125% for AOS, so doesn't matter about the 100% as you will still need to meet the 125% requirement to stay in the USA.

Well I submitted those papers in package, and the guy who took the papers looked at it one by one.... So I would suggest it is safe to provide everything. :) affidavit of support, w2, income tax and employment cert. I submitted all of that.

So they requested it? Or you just submitted it?

He requested it. He precisely said "include the w2 and income tax record". What he missed to ask from me was the intent letter. I did not submit another one since it was not asked.

History of marriage - USEM does not care

Criminal Record - USEM don't care unless it the one stated on the initial application

Public Charges - ?????????

Previous decline of visa - USEM Don't care

Technically they will ask if you have been declined of a visa before ? just be honest. I was asked. But no problem still.
