Any tips that you could give me will definitely be HIGHLY APPRECIATED!

Just a quick background about our case. We met online last sept 2013 and provided evidence of it and finally met face to face last dec 2014 with photos (with family and friends too), receipts of hotels, bus, etc. provided as well. And we also provided some chatlogs from facebook and call logs from skype.

Is there anything you could instruct me what to prepare for questioning or any evidences that I will be bringing too with me during the interview?

And what to avoid during interview and etc.

Don't bring electronics, there are scammers waiting outside USEM to hold your phone for a price and when you get done with interview the holder has dashed.....

They only ask a few simple question (As a rule) I doubt you will have more than 5 questions. Bring Divorce decree if your petitioner is divorced.

Other than that it usually quick and easy, I would ask if you are approved it they don't tell you.

Good luck.....

You will be in front of the CO less than 5 minutes so smile, look them in the eye when answering, be confident in your relationship and always tell the truth. Relax You'll do fine.

Hi, if the petitioner can also be there that can be a huge help for moral support and to answer any questions too, plus have all of your documents up to date so you don't get a 221

I'm really nervous because it will be in 3 days :secret::clock: .

He can't be here till then due to work unfortunately  .

Thanks for the advices..., that's the same thing my fiance kept on telling to me. But can't help it anxiety level is getting higher each day. :dead: Hopefully everything will be ok...

I'll update this whether the outcome is good or not.... but hopefull it should all be good.

And btw, we are both no history of marriage and no kid/s as well. No criminal records for both in anyway or any public charges.... So hopefully this is a positive sign.... And no previous decline of any sort of visa application.....

History of marriage - USEM does not care

Criminal Record - USEM don't care unless it the one stated on the initial application

Public Charges - ?????????

Previous decline of visa - USEM Don't care

1st, always follow the embassy instructions letter as to what is required for the interview. Random pages from your chat logs are good, as are pictures of you two together, for evidence of an ongoing relationship.

Be self assured, confident, look the CO in the eyes when speaking and...... smile :)

Cool

Did they ask for AOS or I-134 or tax records?

Yes they did. But for k1 they only require 100% at least (I ask the officer about it and he confirmed that) It's the I-134 plus the w2 and tax record.
