IR1/CR1 what kind of visa i will get

Hi everyone i want to know i file my petition in december 2013 and my priority date was January 2014 i recently got approved my I 130 and my petition is now in National Visa Center. I want to know i will get 2 years Conditional Green Card or Direct 10 years Green Card i real so many post here and i am confuse.

My 2 years Marriage anniversary will going to be completed in October 2015 i am worried that my interview date should be before my second anniversary or my port of entry should be after 2 years of anniversary.

please help me my case is just arrive at NVC

The port of entry date is when the conditions of the GC are decided, not the interview date.

Timeline

If you make your entry before your 2-year anniversary you will receive a conditional green card CR-1.

if you make your entry after your 2-year anniversary you will receive a 10-year green card and not be required to remove conditions in two years.

If the timing was suitable and I had the option I would certainly hold off until the 2nd anniversary passes so you can get the 10-year green card.

You can see how your timing moves along and decide later. You will need to keep in mind things like the date of your medical as that is tied to how long you have to make your entry after your approval.

thanks you so much for your valuable answers. because i was worried it may clash the interview date and second anniversary. so i can hold on or wait for entry after October.
