so obviously we have to get married in order to fulfill that engagement which will require us to meet again.

Wait, wait. Explain that bit again.

Do you mean some sort of non-legal binding marriage? The I-129f/K1 route is for completely unmarried couples. If USCIS even thinks you're married, they can deny.

I understand and I am also here to learn as much as possible so I will answer any question as long as it is asked in a respectable manner. first of all yes we have met only once in Morocco. During that meeting we did not get to stand next to each other because of his religion. yes of course we are planning to meet again soon because we are engaged so obviously we have to get married in order to fulfill that engagement which will require us to meet again.

Thanks for answering my questions.

I see you have sent the petition in and are awaiting NOA2. I want to tell you that if your pictures show the two of you at that one meeting in Morocco where he is on the balcony and you are on the ground, you probably will not be approved. Those photos will look really suspicious and you will probably get an RFE asking for more photos of you two TOGETHER (same level).

She asked whether you plan to meet him again BEFORE the K1 visa interview. In order to get married you need the K1 visa to be approved first.

why is everyone going on and on over photos that have no bearing on what is going on with my situation. I have already explained that yes we have photos taken together. a very well-known photographer took them they do not look odd they look very tasteful artistic and beautiful.the topic of my post has nothing to do with photos, him being on a balcony or anything. The topic of my post has to deal with relatives from Egypt being in this country and are not complying with the rules of the k1 visa process.

Sorry to sound abrupt but It is important because you are more likely to be denied because of that than the actions of his uncle.

what do you mean? I have sent in the i-129f k1. I would not spend $340 to ruin the process before it even begins. I understand what is going on but I think that you all have clouded my post with being super focused on issues dealing with photography which is very confusing because my original post had nothing to do with photography.

Yes his uncles actions may have a negative impact but so long as you have plenty of evidence of your relationship then you have a chance of overcoming the issue.

You cannot overcome the issue of if uscis or the government determine that the sole meeting where you are not in the same room as your intended is not fitting the meeting in person requirement. You would have to visit again, meet in the same room and then re submit the fiancé petition.

Sometimes when there is an official engagement ceremony applicants have been determined to be too married for a fiancé visa but not married enough for a spousal visa.

Are you meeting him again *before* you marry him (the marriage which must occur in the USA when he enters on the K1 visa)?

Just to be clear, you ended your post with: "any suggestions, tips , tricks, or hint would be greatly appreciated!"

That's what you're getting.

I came on here a long time ago and looked at all of the requirements and the checklist before I sent in my k1 visa app. I know how to read I came on this site a long time ago and looked at all of the requirements and the checklist before I sent in my k1 visa packet. YES We took photos together!!! Can we discontinue the discussion about how good my photos are when I can guarantee that my photos are way better than most. first of all I call my sister's husband my uncle in law instead of my brother in law because he is not a real true loving person like my future husband. we need to stay focused on a topic and the topic is my sister's husband is ruining what I have going on and causing problems for my future family. if anyone out there would like to help me with those problems then I really welcome your advice and opinion.

1. "I can guarantee that my photos are way better than most of you your photos out there" This rudeness is completely uncalled for.

2. "the topic is my sister's husband is ruining what I have going on" No, he isn't. He's caused no problems for your case thus far. If your case is solid, he'll cause no problems in the future, either.
