Hi, I read somewhere along the way that USCIS prefer to have people send in 4 copies of the G-325A -- I believe this is old information in regards to the previous expired form and is no longer applicable, but just wanted to confirm with y'all.
One copy of the G-325A form for the petitioner and one for the beneficiary is enough? thanks

According to the I129-F Instructions, you only need one for yourself and one for your fiance.

http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-129finstr.pdf

"Submit two completed and signed Forms G-325A, Biographic Information; one for you and one for your

beneficiary. Except for name and signature, you do not have to repeat the information given on your Form I-129F."

Follow the current USCIS instructions. You only need one G-325A form for each person, the petitioner and foreign fiance(e). No need to send a copy of the instructions page, just the form page itself.

Years ago, the G-325A had 4 pages with carbon. You had to send all 4 page copies for each person. This has not been the case for a long time now. The G-325A was updated to a single page form back on 7/15/09 with a form edition date of 6/12/09.
