Do Affidavits of Relationship Evidence need to follow a particular format? [edited title]

I never said it was an important piece of evidence. However if a couple have very little evidence but one of the evidence was a baby born to them that will probably increase their chances of approval should it? no it should not,. will it? most likely yes

You were not the person I was originally replying to. :) Anyhow, what is said is said, what is done is done. NONE of this helps the OP, so if you want to discuss the merits of evidence types, then I suggest starting a thread for it otherwise I'm done hijacking this thread. Have a good day! :)

Hello again folks. If I could commendeer this thread, I'd like to ask if the supporting relationship evidence (eg boarding passes, that sort of physical document) needs to be the original, or can it be submitted as a photocopy/colour scan? I'm assuming that sort of thing wouldn't be returned if it's sent off as the first part of the process...?

yes you can send copies of your boarding passes or anything else as far as evidence goes. the only thing that need to be original is the I-130form and the g-325a forms as they have signatures on them

Photocopies are all that is needed. If you print off photos put like 2-4 per page. Just make sure everything is single sided.
