I have two children in Manila and I am a US citizen. Will the application of CRBA be rejected if the mother is still married/

Are you saying you had two kids with her while she was married to another man?

How "married" are they, ie are they officially separated, do you have any proof they have not lived together in many years, are you on the kids birth cert?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

The mother has been separated for 10 years before meeting me. Since its the philippines there is not divorce and annulment is dragging on. Yes I am on the birth cert.

A possible red flag. Be prepared for a DNA test. Much better if you appear in person at the embassy.
