Hi. I'm waiting almost 2 years for I-130 approval. Last 7 months my case is at Federal Plaza. I went there for info pass and still nothing. Last couple weeks I can't find nothing about my case online. It's says they cannot give me information about my case

I don't know why. First I was thinking something is wrong with their website. But, it's still same. I have info pass next week.

Can someone tell me please are they doing something on my case

Thanks

Local senator from NY you think?

Contact your local senator's office. Ask them to make an inquiry. Put a service request in and contact ombudsman's office.

Can my lawyer do something about that?

Thanks

Hi. Yesterday I went for infopass at Federal Plaza

The lady was soooo nice. She saw that I'm waiting for approval almost 20 months and she check my file

And she didn't understand why I'm waiting so long.

Then, she went to speak with main manager ,I think.

She gave me paper actually, interview inquire to fill out. When I finish that she told me wait for the interview date. Does anybody know for how long the interview date I will wait for ? Also, she told me im married for 13 years and I have two kids ,but this is only way they can approve I-130

But at least they approved I-130 ,right?

yes it did, but added months of waiting. June my case was transferred, Nov the interview. End of Jan RFE. 1st week of March dna test results sent in. may 12th i130 approved.

so they had the dna results for 2 full months before approving it.
