Bonjour

Dans la liste des documents requis pour l'entretien à l'ambassade : http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=France&cty=Paris

Il est indiqué dans la partie :ADDITIONAL INFO / OTHER

que deux pièces d'identité peuvent être demandées. Il se trouve que je ne dispose que d'un passeport à l'heure actuelle et que les délais pour refaire une carte nationale d'identité sont très longs : 84 jours dans le Rhone.

Il est donc possible que l'entretien soit organisé avant que j'ai la deuxième pièce d'identité.

Quelqu'un a t-il été dans la même situation? Les deux pièces d'identité sont t-elles de facto obligatoires?

Généralement les délais affichés sont beaucoup plus longs que les vrais délais. Lorsque j'ai fait mon passeport le délai était de 3 mois, mais je l'ai reçu pile une semaine ou dix jours plus tard (je ne sais plus trop). N'hésite vraiment pas à refaire ta carte d'identité au plus vite ! Je vais la faire moi aussi, d'ailleurs. Ces choses-là vont assez vite.

07/28/2015 --- Interview (APPROVED!)

07/30/2015 --- Issued

08/04/2015 --- Received

09/25/2015 --- POE

10/10/2015 --- Wedding

J'ai fait un IR-1 donc je ne sais pas si c'est spécifique au K1, en tous cas il ne m'a été réclamé que mon passport.

Etant donne que le consulat garde ton passeport pour y imprimer le visa il est judicieux d'avoir une deuxième pièce d’identité pour rentrer chez toi (si tu n'habites pas paris et doit prendre le train ou l'avion par exemple).
