Where did you mail it too and from where? International mail especially parcels can take up to a few weeks in some cases. My most recent package from the UK to Dallas took 18 days. But March 21st is some time back, do you have a tracking number?

depends on what part of VN she lives, near HCMC is always faster but post your customs number and I will take a look tomorrow when I get to work. When I mailed things to my wife the average was within 2 weeks but she lived close to HCMC

I would use FedEx. I mailed my wife some papers using USPS Express and it never showed up. I resent it using FedEx and they delivered it a week later. Cost $55, though.
