lol. I write an essay, Hypnos writes a sentence and gives more technical info then I did.

move to Russia------> needs to be a resident to DCF not a tourist visiting. Silly technicalities can make different processes available. So Knight has to decide if he can and does want to in fact MOVE or simply VISIT during the visa process.

That's why he has heart reps lol.

Timeline

I was planning on moving there and getting a TRP but my understanding is you have to be a Russian resident for 6 months prior to filing for a DCF. In that case I'll just file now with USCIS because the timing would be about the same.
