Im a permanent resident and just sent my papers for citizenship this 4/12, I got married last February and my wife has a tourist visa, and she overstayed for almost 5 months now. I plan on filing her petition once I get my citizenship. Will there be any issues when I get my interview for my citizenship? Like would the officer question about my wife overstaying? Please help

Technically you are harboring someone violating immigration law, which is a lack of moral character. If she leaves before the ban kicks in you can petition her without a waiver. You can file the petition now and upgrade at citizenship to cut the time down

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
