Sept 24th - apppprooooved April 13th ??

I was just gonn check uscis website and to my surprise it said our case was approved on April 13th!! I'm beyond happy right now!! 198 long days at tsc!! ??

Now question is, what is our next step? Do we wait for nvc so send us anything or do we HAVE to call them in a week or two to get our case number?

  • As of November 3, 2016 We received an email in regards to not receiving in the mail the Request for Evidence (RFE) , come to find out they really didn't need any additional information. So now the have to wait another 120 more days before we can get an interview or approval. This is some BS.
  • As of February 7, 2017, We received in the mail Interview Date for AOS on March 20, 2017

Just got approved last night as well filed on October 21st 175 days since NOA1

Congratulations!

But I have to admit, this is crazy. They haven't finished September Filers yet, and they are approving October.

Thanks everyone!! I still cannot believe this, haha..

Our noa1 was September 24th and noa2 April 13th :)

It's strange tho cause I checked uscis several times on both Monday and yesterday and it didn't say approved but guessing the system had to be updated, we also didn't get the noa2 in email/ text message as we did with the noa1.
