Case complete confusion

14 posts in this topic

Today I received email from NVC that state "All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified. "

Whats the meaning of this email or statement , either my case complete ?

I also checked my NVC status that shows "N/A" against Affidavit of support fees .

what is time period required between case complete and interview letter ?

AUMER,

Those letters are sent later than they review your case (up to 10 days). Looking at the list more than likely your CC date was 4/7. Moving on... NVC has slowed down as far as scheduling interviews. There is nothing you can do except patiently wait and make sure that your spouse will have the original docs ready for the interview. They will notify you and anyone whose email they have on file once they have scheduled you for an interview.

Good luck on the rest of the journey.

Thanks,

Ariani

Congratulations. I added you to the spreadsheet. Since you got email today. Your case complete date is really 4/8. The email always comes 7 days after.

Come on over to the interview thread and wait now for the interview.
