Hello every one,

I have questions while filling my form DS260 for US F4 Category , My petition is filed by my sister who lives in Fremont,CA where as My Brother is also a joint sponsor who lives in New Jersey, Can i move direclty to New Jersey Instead of California where sister has filed my petition.

Can I get my Greencard at New jersey ?

Can I fill My Brother,s address in THE form DS260 ?

Yes, you can change your address anytime. They may ask you why you re moving to the address you are moving to, so just explain it is to be close to your brother.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
