can the visa interview fee be paid at a BPI outside of the Philippines?

My fiance finally got her passport. I want to pay the visa fee in the USA if i can and then mail the deposit slip to her with the interview package. Can the fee be paid at a BPI branch outside of the Philippines?

Why do you want to pay for it here in the USA? I don't know if this is even possible or not. They have a location in Las Vegas so why don't you go down their and ask?

No. We already tried that. My wife, at the time, was living in Hong Kong, and there was a branch there.

Yes you can pay your deposit online. Instructions are on website (twisting arrow below) at "NVC to UCIS", "Manila Process" and at the center of the page are the links to the banks online payment site.

Nope can't pay the fee in the USA, the bank here would not know what to do.

You can pay online, but there are limitation with that also.

Hank's right. You can't pay unless of course you bank with BPI or BANCNET. If you banked with either you could pay online and that was what I was thinking (or not thinking straight )
