Adjustment or consular processing in my situation...

Hi guys. Thanks for reading. My wife is a Chinese national, pregnant and currently living in China. We're not sure which option mentioned in the subject is best. She has a 10 year B2, and will be traveling in July and staying for six months. The child is due in early November. We'd like to do adjustment of status, but we're concerned that she won't be able to get required vaccines and that will cause problems. We're also not sure if the government will appreciate us adjusting status like this. What is your advice? Thanks.

You're right the government won't appreciate her coming on a B2 and adjusting. Actually if they find out she did that on purpose it's fraud and faces heavy penalties. Everyone would do that if it were simply that easy.

Have you started a marriage visa or done anything at all?

Haven't started a marriage visa. We were just about to file the I-130.
