So I'm in the middle of my Adjustment of Status, I received my work permit/advance patrol last July and it only valid for one year... We haven't heard much from my I-485 other than the potential interview waiver letter received a month ago after my application was outside normal processing times. Anyway, my question is how long before should I re apply for an extension of my advance parole/work permit and what's the paper work I need to do so? What's the process??any info will be greatly appreciated!!

You should file for new EAD and AP documents 120 days before your current documents will expire.

Complete new I-765 and I-131 applications (marking "Renewal" for the I-765), along with four passport photographs (two per application), a copy of your I-485 receipt NOA, and a copy of the front and back of your current EAD/AP combo card. Send the whole package to the Chicago Lockbox, and your renewals will be processed.
