You dont need to call.

When you go to the USCIS website, that is the current form.

http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864.pdf

I know it says expires and that date. All I can say is- its stupid. It use to say 'edition date'. On the bottom of the form it says 3/22/13 (thats when it was made). They are suppose to update their forms every so often. But they dont.

Thats the current form available, so thats what you use.

(even if the new form came out tomorrow, youd still be okay sending in that form because they allow for an overlap. If you had the form from 2012- NO. Thats too old, out of date.) But this is the only active edition.

Very very good eye by the way. Im sure your packet is perfect if you caught that!

Best of luck.

Now try to stop obsessing lol. Get some rest! :)

The expiration date you see is the expiration of the comment period to the Office of Management and Budget, the form itself did not expire and can be used.

haha Ryan, So I guess its too late to send a comment to the Office of Management now telling them to remove something like "expiration X/X/XXXX" from the top of the form as it confuses people!

Visa_help, you should have posted this 3 weeks ago, we couldve had a letter writing campaign going!

Missed it by this ----> much.

Now its back to the games while you wait section... :clock:

---

I know the bottom use to say edition and the date and it caused the same issue, as it caused people to constantly question this is '11 and the form is from '09 or whatever, so it seems they took away the word edition. But I mean come on- to write something like expires on the top of a form and not realize its going to cause people to think the form is expired... (ah the good old U S of A. No place like it in the world)
