Hamid - that's ok and thank you for clarifying your question.

I filed for my husband in December 2013 and we just got our approval this month. I cant tell you what your wait time will be, but right now Vermont is processing petitions from Oct 7 2013. if you have not received a notice of transfer to another Center, you can safely assume that your case is still in Vermont. keep monitoring the processing time for Vermont via the link below.

also don't worry too much about your I-130 approval - because the visa bulletin is only at Sept 1 2013......so even if you were approved today, there would be no visa available and you would still be waiting. So take this time to read, study and learn the immigration process so you are ready..
