They posted the update on the USCIS website but upon checking the chart for Nebraska Service Center, I realized that they removed the "1-130" for USC. Is it that they have stopped and will transfer the cases or what?

We have just received a NOA2 on 4/01, with PD 10/09

That was 179th day, just shy of 6 months

When i called they have told me that the wait is now up to 10 months.

With some miracle we got the NOA2

We did send a congressional inquiry, but I don't think that it reach them before NOA2

Sending virtual hugs to all who are waiting.

It (hopefully) will be much faster for a lot of folks here. We are stuck in background and security checks.

Their response is always: nothing you can do, nobody you can contact. You need to wait. No speeding up of background and security checks.

So basically, this is a limbo I wish upon nobody. And so it is, waiting for nearly 8.5 months. But you can see that a lot of people even at Nebraska are flying in 5-6-7 months... so please don't lose hope. Your approval is coming soon!
