Does the k2 visa holder have the same alien number as the k1??

no. .that is a unique identifier. Each person (alien) will be issued his/her own.

Timeline

The K2 will get their Alien number (A#) after they file their AOS applications. It will be printed on the I-485 NOA1 receipt (Form I-797c) .
