I got my interview letter and it request to bring my original birth certificate to the interview but my petitioner already sent it to the NVC..so now what should I do...because I only have the photocopy of it..

Then they should have it there. Definitely never send original of anything unless you don't want or need it back. Can you get a new one in time? If not then you really have no choice but to go with what you have or cancel and wait until you get another.

my father petitioned for my brother and I and he did everything the same ..but my brother's own says they have sent it to the Embassy but mine says I should bring the original birth certificate to the interview ..so could it be a mistake?

It could be generic wording on the form that someone didn't change,...who knows.

You have nothing to worry about. Whatever you submitted to NVC will be forwarded to embassy. It's only ben since November 12th that originals didn't need to be sent. So just have your photocopy just n case . But it's okay.
