On second thought, shouldn't the expedite request adjudication be worded "..was approved", if in fact it is? Anyone?

He didn't receive an email though...this is from our my case section from the uscis page.

Well I hope our request got approved. Totally exhausted and I am tired of being stuck here in Germany and being lonely...

When I requested an expedite, it just said complete on USCIS. They emailed me the denial. If you signed up for email/text notification they will let you know right when it changes on the website. If not, I would assume they would mail you the letter.

It wasnt approved. I have tried the same in the very begining of this process and got the same message from USCIS. You should get an email and letter in the mail with the following.

We regret to inform you that we cannot grant your request for expedited processing of your Form XXXX

Although your situation appears serious, you have not provided evidence of an extreme emergent need, which must meet one of the following criteria:
*Severe financial loss to company or individual;
*Extreme emergent situation;
*Humanitarian situation;
*Nonprofit status of requesting organization in furtherance of the cultural and social interests of the United States;
*U.S. Department of Defense or national interest situation (Note: Request must come from an official U.S. Government entity and state that delay will be detrimental to our Government);
*USCIS error; or
*Compelling interest of USCIS.

All expedite requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are granted at the discretion of the Director.

We hope this information is helpful to you and regret any inconvenience this may have caused.

I hope you get an approval soon... in the meantime, have you considered travelling on VWP?
