NVC welcome letter received :))- DS 261 query

Hi All,

I received welcome letter from NVC today and now required to fill out form DS 261. I am the mother (petitioner) for my son in F2B.

I have a question regarding form DS 261.

I started filling out form as Petitioner and didn't require any attorney. My question is Should last page be signed by "Applicant" or "Petitioner" even though Petitioner has filled out the form?

I have completed the form DS 261 however, I am confused regarding fee payment. Only Petitoner fee for AOS is available and can be paid at this point of time in our case.

IV Application Processing Fees is not invoiced yet. Should I pay AOS fee now or wait for IV Application fees to be enabled?

Same with me too. I feel fee will be invoiced when DS261 has been reviewed and AOS fee processed. It takes at least two weeks

Have you paid $120 fees for AOS along witth DS 261?
