Others can provide more information, but make sure you have his divorce papers from his former marriage.

You will also need to take your tax transcripts and evidence demonstrating that you are in a legitimate relationship with your husband (joint accounts, joint insurance, etc.).

I sent with my application

1- 3 years joint tax transcript.

2- 3 years of apartment lease.

3- 4 joint bank account statement since I filed for ROC.

and I am planing to take more once the interview comes. I saw recently, officers ask for more proof, so the more the better. and as JimmyHou said, make sure you have your husband certified divorce paper, also a proof that your husband has been a USC for at least 3 years of the filing date, and your marriage certificate. They might not ask you about any of those, but it's good to be prepared.
