Hi! Based on our experience after getting our MNL case number, we used it to track our case online. Once our case status was changed to "Ready", we then paid the visa fee and scheduled the interview online. I have read here that you should schedule your medical at least two weeks prior to your schedules interview.

About the copies of the packet, we kept an exact copy of everything we sent as written on the step by step guide here. For us, it is advisable to do this for reference. However, during interview it was not asked. I think it was more of personal reference.

Hank_ has a very helpful links here on how to proceed in each stage. I suggest you check them.

Good luck :)

k-1? Manila IV?

Get on a PC, check yer profile settings, make sure 'view signatures' is turned on,

then dig in the PI sub-forum,

find any one of Hank_ 's posts,

then click the link in his signature area.

Why? He's put together the all-encompassing, Handy-Dandy, Neeto-Keen (Yet Spiffy!) Guide to SuperFast K-1 Visa Chasing for Manila IV.

Not on a PC, you say? stuck on a handphone or tablet? OH MY ! Tis time to shift, and NOW !

Seriously - his guide is complete. Takes about 3 days of constant reading to injest it all. I think it's important enough, so important that you find it and read it, from a PC, that I wrote ALL OF THE STUFF ABOVE, in the hopes you'd shift a bit. well, shift a lot, in toto !

Go Get Em, and Good Luck !

I know, right?

But, sadly and alas, tis not for K-1 visa chasers, at all.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

That guide does not apply to K-1 visa applicants.

We just got the case and invoice numbers from the NVC, can we shedule the medical and interview yet?

Also when I went to send her the packet I realized I never made copies of it. Will this be a problem?

You can do everything now!! It is ROCK n ROLL time!

Don't need a copy of the I-129F petition package for your fiancee. (if anything complete another I-325A and email it to her)

Details on the complete process are in the link below, follow the flashing arrow

hi i got my noa2 already. how much longer i have to wait for my checklist from the us embassy philippines.

Hi! Mine never came. I am in the US already. I asked my mom in Ph if we got ,she said no. I dont know if its ever coming. We didnt wait for it. Once we got our case number, we just kept tracking it until it said "Ready", then piad and schedule the interview right away. We followed everything we found online, Hank's list was really very helpful. I suggest you check it too. :)

Are you talking about the ceac status? Ours says "In Transit". Do we need to wait for it to change?

Hi! Yes, if its in transit now, it means its on its way to the USEM Manila. :) thats good news!

When it changed to "Ready", it means your case is in USEM Manila and you can now proceed :)
