On Hold With NVC - 10 mins till closing

Anyone know what happens to all the calls on hold when the clock strikes midnight at the NVC? I've been on hold for almost 2 hours waiting for the representative to come on the line to tell me my case number that has been assigned today.


I-751 Removal of Conditions

4/15/17: I-751 Packet sent to CSC 
4/18/17: CSC Received
5/04/17: Check Cashed
5/05/17: NOA
5/11/17: Biometrics Notice Received
5/26/17: Biometrics Appointment
4/18/18: Still Pending - Extension Stamp in Passport good for 6 months
8/25/18: Received an 18 month extension in the mail
 
N 400 Application / Submitted Online

Application Support Center: Las Vegas, NV
4/19/18: N400 Application Submitted Online - $725 fee paid
4/20/18: Biometrics Notice Received (Online)

The answer is they answer! But just to let anyone else know that may wonder as they wait. They told me they would answer all calls on hold even after midnight.

I used to manage a contact center and we'd shut down our lines to new callers at closing time, but answer those that were still queuing before our closing time. Sounds like they operate exactly the same way.

That's exactly what they told me would happen. They take calls until 12am and then everyone on hold will be answered.
