Looking at the case number, it looks like it was assigned on April 2, 2015 but it doesn't show up in the system until April 6, 2015.

Our AOS invoice became available this afternoon after I spoke to a representative. I will be sending our AOS/IV package tomorrow overnight delivery.

Question on the mailing address. The barcode document that printed with my receipt has Attention: CMR AOS

but...

The NVC website says to mail Attention: DR

Which address is best or does it matter?

Ours took 18 days to reach the NVC. Just keep calling. They will always tell you the 35-42 days line. Perhaps give it a week and then try calling again.
