My fiancé( naturalized American) Is planning to come in the Philippines by July firts week to marry me, however we both don't know wat are the procedures and documents are needed specially on his side.

You've posted this in the k1 forum which is for fiancé visas.

Your American fiance is coming to the Philippines to marry you?

Which makes the k1 obsolete and you'll have to go by the Cr1 spouse visa now.

Also it's probably just General documents.

Birth certificate, passport.

what do you need help with? your post is under documents for marriage. Are you asking what do you need to marry in the Philippines? or what documents you need to send in for visa if you are married?

I understand your point. Your BF, who will soon be your husband after marriage in the philippines and you want to know the next steps to secure a visa for you to immigrate to the US.

To get started, I suggest you go to the travel.state.gov and begin reading the steps for a immigrant visa for a spouse. It is spelled out quite nicely for you. your bf need his bc , passport and then get the LEGAL CAPACITY TO MARRY at usembassy manila. you need that when you apply for marriage license at civil registrar or municipal hall. For you u need bc, cenomar and then wait 10 days to get the license number.

I got married Last may In the Philippines . Your boyfriend needs to make a appointment with the US embassy in Manila to get the Affidavit In Lieu of Certificate of Legal Capacity to Marry. It is important that he makes the appointment before he goes there. He will get the affidavit same day as the appointment. The only thing else he will need is his passport, which he should have with him, and any divorce papers, if he had been married before

You will need NSO birth certificate cenomar and Id

There are also other requirement depending on age. IF you are 18-21 you will need a parent consent form, or 21-25 parent advice form

Also you and your boyfriend may or may not have to attend a marriage seminar class.

You will have to wait 10 days for the marriage license to be issue . The marriage license is good for anywhere in the Philippines and license is valid for 120 days

If you plan on having a church wedding the catholic church also has it's own requirements.

After you are married ask the LCR to expedite your marriage certificate to the NSO as it takes a while for that, and the USCIS is asking for that when you mail in the I-130 petition for the IR-1/CR-1 visa
